About occupants
SAURABH [Master Bedroom]
I am the owner occupier of the property and live on the other side. I am kind, chill and very communicative but busy. I have two jobs and am a shift worker. I do morning and afternoon shifts and as such you might rarely see me. But, I will still be available for communication if there is any concerning issue anytime. when I am off I would be busy with some house work or visiting friends or in the community. I like doing yoga and going for a walk or a jog whenever I can. I like to keep my living space uncluttered, clean and organised and expect the same from you.
I am looking for a respectful and compatible person to fill bedroom-3 for a long term stay.

[Bedroom-3]
Empty.

[Guest Room]
This is occupied by a lady(27) from France who is on A Working Holiday Visa, who works at a cafe in Gawler. Very respectful, clean and quiet.
Compatible people
Looking for a working person, preferably female as you will share your bathroom, toilet and kitchen with an Australian lady, who is also working full-time. I am looking for respectful, tidy and considerate flatmate. l'd prefer a professional lady who is working full-time, but I'll consider someone who is studying part-time as well. This is a very quiet house and we're looking for a person who is positive and respects each other's space and fits in well. Cleaning is a shared responsibility .
By "Good Housemate" we don’t just mean cleaning up and keeping the noise down (though those are important, too!). Living with others is about recognising boundaries, valuing people’s space and lending an ear whenever someone has a problem.
There are certain HOUSE RULES that need to be followed, which will be provided to you when you come in for inspection.
