This is a pleasant and comfortable location situated across from the newly constructed St. Andrews village. It is conveniently located, with a one-minute drive to Drake Eyre or the Aldi supermarket on Curtis Road. There is easy access to restaurants and Bunnings Munno Para, and it is a five-minute drive to the South-North motorway M2, and a 25 minutes drive to Torrens Road.

I have two Japanese Spitz dogs who are known to be friendly and well-behaved. In addition, I also keep some Irish Tipplers.

I am hoping to find someone who is emotionally mature and responsible, preferably over the age of thirty. I always strive to maintain the building in a presentable condition.
