This property is located near UNISA Magill campus, paradise interchange, tea-tree plaza, ARC, Morialta Conservation Park, and black hill conservation park.
Ideal location for unisa magill students (12minute drive to campus).
I am moving out of the property in February and would love for someone to move into my room. It currently has a queen gas lift bed which offers storage. It also has two bedside tables and a desk/ vanity. I am planning on removing them but I am open to discussion.
All rooms have a fan and the house has air conditioning!
The property is spacious and offers a seperate toilet from the bathroom. The kitchen is recently refurbished and offers new appliances.
There is also a very spacious backyard to enjoy summers outside! The house is move in ready - the bedroom has all the necessities for someone just looking to move in or can be a clean slate for someone who has their own furniture!

Connor and Natalie live at the house. They are in their 20’s and work full time. They enjoy a movie night or going out for dinner but have a relatively busy schedule.
They are very sociable but also enjoy their quiet time, so if you are down for a laugh or activity together they are happy to join but also respect your desire to have alone time!
