Description of the home

This is an adorable bluestone cottage, with decent bedrooms, a recently redone bathroom and a dishwasher(!!!) The location is great, super close to public transport and a 15 minute walk to Norwood Place. There's plenty of on street parking too (on-street on offer only).

I'm keen to create a home with relaxed, friendly vibes, where things are easy-going but still kept clean and tidy. I enjoy the occasional social hangout, but I’m all about a comfortable lifestyle. House is LGBTQ+ and SW friendly.

The room (#2 on the floorplan) comes with a wardrobe and can come with a bed frame (no mattress) if needed. The rest of the house is pretty much furnished ready to go. Internet is also included in the rent :)

Hey! I’m an honours student at the University of Adelaide, about to start a project on elephant behaviour and welfare 🐘. For work, I hang out with dogs all day, doing one-on-one training and teaching classes 🐶. In my spare time I like running, playing footy, or rock climbing.

I’m a vegetarian, and ideally would like to live with another vego/vegan. However no judgement if you’re not. Happy to share appropriate meals or have time on our own. House is LGBTQ+ and SW friendly.

Description of pets
Alfie is a 7 year old, ex racing greyhound. He's an absolute sook who fits every greyhound stereotype - mad zoomies for 5 minutes and then a 5 hour nap to recover. He's very sweet and quiet.

He is the only pet permitted due to space, apologies.
