Description of the home

I have a 3 bedroom house that I am moving into in May/June and am looking for some new housemates for the other 2 rooms. You will share the upstairs bathroom with one other person along with the upstairs sitting area. You can of course still use the downstairs living area and kitchen too. The house is in a very convenient area, very close to both the train and tram. It is also on a dead-end street so it is very nice and quiet.
I am 28 years old and currently doing my PhD and working. I am quite laid back and spend most of my time relaxing or exercising when I'm not working/studying but also enjoy a casual drink on the weekends. This will be a very relaxed, quiet, and tidy household and I am looking for housemates that fit well into that.

I will furnish the kitchen and living room but will leave the bedrooms unfurnished for the new housemates. I am also open to renting out the entire upper floor as one package for $550 if that is something you are interested in.

The house is currently occupied so I cannot do viewings yet but I am more than happy to meet up in person.
