Newly built house (Dec 2025), unfurnished bedroom in a females only household. You will have a private room to yourself, sharing bathroom with one other girl. You have your own air con and built in wardrobe. Fully furnished kitchen and living areas, so you won’t need to buy a fridge, washing machine, microwave etc. We are a shoes off household and like to keep shared areas clean. Around 15 mins to the Adelaide CBD, 5 mins to the shops, 5 mins to Revo gym. On street or garage parking available. 😊
