Upmarket home, solar + 10kwh batteries, free tram line to the city, walk to Bowden and enjoy a very quiet neighbourhood. My house is located within 1km from the free tramline to the city (Entertainment centre to Botanic Gardens line), Bowden's Plant 3 & 4, the Entertainment Centre, an IGA & Foodland, and various parks.

This stunning, upmarket, very private townhouse is boutique-built and boasts 3m ceilings throughout downstairs and 2.8m ceilings upstairs. There are two living rooms, two private courtyards, and plenty of shared storage space.

Looking for a compatible housemate who shares values of being considerate to each other, is respectful, reasonably quiet, and (reasonably) clean and tidy.

We all love a chat, but also sometimes go weeks without seeing each other due to busy lives and work. The house is 257m2 big so there is a LOT of space for everyone :-).

I relocated to WA for a secondment and will move back into my house in May '27. There is a probability that I might stay longer in WA meaning a longer lease is available but I won’t know that until 2027.

I may visit SA before my return, and my stuff is in the single bedroom, and if I should visit, I would need to use this bathroom for about 2 days a quarter, if at all. I have no trips planned currently that will overlap with this tenancy so this is a heads up only.

Bills and expenses

Rent includes internet, electricity, water, and gas capped per quarter. The usage above the agreement will be passed on to tenants to share, however, to date the cap has not been passed. NOTE: This room has a shower and huge bath, so if the water bill passes, a greater portion of the water cost will be passed onto tenants of this room due to the massive bath.
