This stunning, very private townhouse is boutique-built and boasts 3m ceilings throughout downstairs and 2.8m ceilings upstairs. There are two living rooms, two private courtyards, and plenty of shared storage space.

Looking for a compatible housemate who shares values of being considerate to each other, is respectful, reasonably quiet, and (reasonably) clean and tidy.

We all love a chat, but also sometimes go weeks without seeing each other due to busy lives and work. The house is 257m2 big so there is a LOT of space for everyone :-).

The house will be shared with two Irish couples (mid-20s) who are working holidaymakers. They are hardworking, respectful, keep a tidy and clean house, have healthy habits, and are considerate towards each other. They would be best matched with a person who shares the same values.

I am 42, own the house, and have loved living with my house mates! We get along great. I relocate to WA, however, will visit quarterly but will stay in the single room and share the bathroom with the current housemates.
