Hi, we have a homely cozy family home lwithin walking distance to the Airport (less than a kilometre).
5-10 minute drive to West Beach and Harbourtown
10-15 minute drivers to the cbd.
The property is fully fenced for added security.
There is lawn out the front and an outdoor seating area out the back which is perfect for a chilled coffee break (or evening vino, whatever tickles your fancy) consisting of either a modular lounge in the garage (it feels like our 2nd lounge area) or the outdoor lounge under the verandah complete with fairy lights and plants to give it that homely feel

About the occupants
Hi, we have been together for 8+ years.
Female (46 years young) works full-time being 4 days in an office outside of the home and one day working from home.
Male (48 years young) is a contractor so he comes and goes during the day on his own time (makes female very jealous that he's able to do so👍)
We have males son who is 13 stay over every 2nd weekend and a few days/nights during the school holidays.
Finally, we have a nearly 7 paws old Maltese dog called Harry. Careful not to catch the feels with him, he's a charmer. Our little man is fully house trained and has the best personality.

Basically, we aren't huge pub goers or bingo fanatics.....we just think of ourselves as 'normal' everyday people.
Compatible people
We don't want to be picky but if we're all going to be living together I guess there has to be a few things we need to stipulate:
1. Working and/or studying
2. Tidy (like I say to male, if you use it or move it,
clean it and put it back where it was please)
3. Easygoing
4. If you emptied the dishwasher or the bins
every now and again it would not go unnoticed
and would be very appreciated

I think if there's anything else then we can all discuss it openly when we meet in person
Description of pets
We've already bragged about our gorgeous beautiful little boy previously.
Everyone who has the pleasure of meeting Harry (aka Hazz, Bang, Bang Bang, boy boy, handsome) falls in love with him.
We sound biased but he's honestly a gorgeous, well mannered fur-kid.

If you have allergies, rest assured he is hypoallergenic and does not shed hair.
