Description of the home

Initially looking for Short term stays (a few months).
Please note: You must have your own reliable car, because (a) this is a high bushfire risk area and (b) there is no public transport. Offstreet parking available.
Also, OPTUS mobile signal is best at this house; Telstra is OK, but unfortunately it's a Vodafone-almost-black-spot.

5 minute drive to Nairne supermarket, pharmacy, good cafe's, bus stops, etc.
15 minute drive to Mount Barker.
10 minute drive to Woodside.

SHARE WITH JUST ONE PERSON (HOMEOWNER). 50yo woman (myself), very quiet, sober and private person. Normally, I work full-time but at the moment I am on extended leave with a health condition that prevents me from doing my usual job.

Compatible people would be: Quiet, respectful, calm, relatively clean, and cat-friendly (this is the cat's house and I just pay the mortgage). Seasonal workers are encouraged to enquire.

FURNITURE: The room already has a queensize bed and a side table/lamp, but nothing else yet. If you don't have your own furniture: I am willing to put in a portable wardrobe and extra set(s) of drawers. Any other bedroom furniture required can be discussed.

All other rooms in the house are furnished.
