Built in 2010, on a quiet hammerhead block off the street with zero road noise. Great friendly neighbours, everyone gets along really well.

It’s cozy yet spacious and is honestly a really enjoyable place to relax and unwind. Summer by the pool, or winter in the sauna or by the fire. A huge amount of planning went into the back yard, it gets well used and is well loved. Inside has ducted split system heating and cooling with room select.

The house is a 2 story modern home, only 5 minutes from glenelg beach and 10 to the city. 300m from a tram line and multiple bus stops close by. An IGA is 1 minute walk away and Kurralta park shops is 10. Marion shopping centre and flinders medical centre aren’t far either.

The room to rent is the master bedroom and is the only bedroom on the ground floor. It features a bright & clean ensuite with removable shower head and is carpeted. Two large built in wardrobes too.

Out the back was renovated in 2022/23 and there’s plenty to do. Outdoor kitchen with a twin hooded bbq is always popular in summer, the heated pool is just as popular. The pergola roof opens up too which is a cool bonus on nice days.

The kitchen had a little Reno in 2024, stone bench tops, huge granite sink, Jura automatic coffee machine. Tasteful modern appliances throughout.

An adequately sized solar system helps keep bills down, and gas cooking and hot water keep things hot and efficient. A complete home filtration system gives you bottled quality water from every tap in the house. You’ll notice it in the shower too!
