Description of the home

We’ve got a great room setup becoming available in our house for $350 per week, excluding bills.

My partner and I are currently getting ready to move into another home, while my business partner Raj will be staying here. I’m currently the leaseholder and have lived with Raj for quite a while now, and genuinely, he’s probably the easiest and best person I’ve ever lived with. Super respectful, clean, easygoing and just a great person to share a home with.

There are two different room options available for the same price:

Option 1 – Master Bedroom
A large master bedroom with its own walk-in robe and ensuite, heaps of additional cupboard/storage space down the hallway, plus an office space at the front of the room.

Option 2 – Two Bedrooms + Private Bathroom
Alternatively, you can have two separate bedrooms with your own bathroom positioned between them. Perfect if you’d like a bedroom plus a spare room, home office, storage space or something similar.

The biggest thing for us is finding someone who is genuinely an animal lover, because our dog Biggie will be staying at the house with Raj.

Biggie is a big dog and definitely looks the part, but he’s honestly a massive gentle giant once he knows you. He can be protective of the home initially, so he’ll need to be introduced properly and given a little time to get familiar with whoever moves in. Once he knows you’re part of the household though, he is incredibly loving, affectionate and will absolutely become your best mate.

Our smaller dog Lola will be moving with Ella and me, so Biggie will be the only dog staying at the house.

We’d really love to find someone easygoing, respectful, tidy and comfortable living with a big dog. Someone who actually enjoys having animals around would be ideal. And of course not minding myself or my partner popping over to see Biggie or Raj!

Rent: $350 per week + bills.
