Our roomate is taking the next steps in her own relationship and moving out which means we now have a room available!
Located in Croydon park, 12 min drive from the city. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the train station and 2 minute walk to any bus stop near us.
The room does have a built in dresser and you would be sharing a bathroom with 1 other girl!
Rent is roughly $240 a week excluding bills. we do pay rent monthly though which is $955 per month! At the moment we are looking to do a 6 month lease renewal but if all works out happy to renew the lease for a longer term stay. Bond is $1030.

There would be 2 of us living in the house plus YOU! we are both very bubbly chatty people but also respect when you need your space. we love having friends over on the occasion and including everyone in what we’re getting upto. I myself work full time in hospo so I do get home late but should not disturb or effect you and the other girl works casual and is in full time uni.
