The house is largely split into two sections.
New flatmate would have their own quarter of the house, with their own bathroom, lounge room (carpeted) and two out of the 3 rooms in the front section of the house. The third room in that part of the house is a guest room. The kitchen and deck are shared.
i have a bunch of vehicles but a undercover parking space will be available for the new flatmate. plenty of off-street parking too.
i encourage a walk through meet n greet before any decision to be made, looking for a long term tenant ideally but also open to short term as well
