Description of the home
We are a couple living in a 3.5 bedroom house ( 4th bedroom is more like a study) I work full time, my partner is currently looking for work.
There is one bathroom in the house so this would be shared. We also have a small dog, so you would need to be willing to live with an animal and due to this We can not accept animals.
We rent privately and our leave is currently until September this year so we can not promise anything past that however we have been there 18 months now and as long as the rent is paid and property is kept decent it will be extended.
We are looking to share the property 3 ways, 3 way split with the rent and bills when they come in.
We keep to ourselves and are pretty private people. The common areas in the house are small and are shared so u would need to be clean and tidy and respectful.
