Welcome to our beautiful home in Gilberton, perfectly situated for convenience and leisure. Enjoy a 30-minute scenic walk along the Linear Track, a walking trail right next to the house, that takes you directly into the city.
For added convenience, there are bus stops right out front and car parking is available via a council parking permit.
The Adelaide Botanic Gardens and North Adelaide are also just a short walk away, making this an ideal spot for nature lovers and those who enjoy a vibrant community atmosphere.

Our home is thoughtfully laid out with two bedrooms on the upper floor and a vibrant kitchen/living area (complete with a cozy balcony) on the middle level. Downstairs, you'll find the guest bathroom, laundry amenities, and a secure courtyard at the front. The front gate is secured with a lock and comes with intercom features.
We are both in our early to mid-20s. I bring my creative flair to the world of graphic design, while my partner, Lachlan, navigates the dynamic realm of hospitality marketing. We both enjoy our downtime and relaxing. When it's time to unwind, we indulge in Lachlan's culinary creations (wood oven pizza night is a favourite!), nurture our indoor plants, and savour the art of pairing wine with delectable cheese boards. When Lachlan isn't working, you'll likely find him nurturing our plants, cooking, or barbecuing (the kitchen always smells amazing!). We enjoy a clean house and see our home as a place to unwind and relax.
We're looking for a friendly housemate who values a tidy, harmonious living environment and can easily fit into our routine. If you appreciate cleanliness, harmony, and a warm, friendly atmosphere, we'd love to connect with you.
We offer a six-month agreement with an option to extend.
