-Freeways to Mount Barker/Hahndorf are just 2 minutes away

Occupants Description
I am quiet, calm and easygoing. I’ve had plenty of experience living in share houses and am looking for housemates with a similar vibe. I believe home is where we all should have peace, comfortable environment and a place to unwind after a long day, so I value a peaceful and calm environment. This is not a party house, though the occasional gathering is no problem—with consideration for everyone in the home. No friends overnight stay please.
This house is kept clean, minimal, and tidy, and I’m looking for housemates who share the same mindset. That being said, we’ll have a weekly cleaning roster, which we’ll organise in a way that works for everyone.
I’m a vegetarian, so vegetarian housemates would be highly preferable. I’m also a light sleeper, so I really appreciate people who are mindful of noise, especially if you have to get up early or come home late. I have a piano that I don’t play much so that shouldn’t be a problem.
About you:
This place would suit people who work or study full-time, have good share house etiquette, are clean and tidy (clean-as-you-go), and willing to communication when things happened. It's not suitable for people working from home full-time or like hosting gatherings.
