Room to rent in luxurious 7th floor beachfront apartment along the esplanade at Glenelg 😊 Fall asleep listening to the waves or wake up to seeing the waves while in bed in the morning & see the city lights at night from the bedroom window or sit & read a book on our balcony that comes off of the lounge room & overlooks the beach. Such breathtaking views and a peaceful environment. Tranquility at its finest!
The nitty gritty
The room is available now. Rent is $350 per week + the only other bill to worry about is 1/2 electricity (averaging at about $82ish a quarter each) internet is included. There is a security bond of 4 weeks rent that applies and I will need you to fill out a rental application form to be considered so I can ensure that all is well and get to know you 😊 my aim is to have someone move in that is quiet, friendly, mature, honest, trust worthy, easy going, calm, clean & hygenic.
