Arguably the best summer spot in Adelaide. A 2 bed, 2 bath apartment right in the heart of Glenelg, facing the beach lawns, with the beach just around the corner. Fully furnished, and comes with a private car park in the building, secure with fob entry.

The building has a pool, gym, sauna, spa, steam room and lifts. Two minute walk to the tram, bus stop right outside, and Jetty Road with Coles, Woolies and the gyms is a short stroll away.

$520 a week: $500 for the room with WiFi, gas and water included, plus $20 towards the whole apartment being cleaned monthly. Power and hot water are split 50/50 on the actual bills.

The current flatmate was only here on a short-term stay, so the room is free again from 13/14 October.
