It has an updated kitchen and floating floorboards throughout in the main communal areas. The house also has two living rooms with plenty of couches and TV's. The house has ADSL2 internet connected, with a wireless modem to share. We have a cleaner come and clean the house approximately every 2 weeks which is included with the rent. Great backyard. The house has a great and looked after garden, which is taken care of by the owner.
