I am the owner and I am the only person that lives in the house. I am only looking for one housemate. This housemate will have their own bedroom and bathroom. The living area and backyard is shared. The house is around the corner from Romeo’s foodland, within the hendon shopping plaza, and west lakes shopping centre is less than 3kms away. I my home is about 10kms away from the city and a 7-10 minute drive to the beach.
