Description of the home

I have a room available for rent for $150/week from 6 March 2021 as my housemate has moved out for a job posting in Perth. Looking for a friendly and trustworthy housemate to take over his lease :)

I love this house as it's located in a beautiful, clean, safe, quiet, and friendly suburb where it's between the city and the beaches. Only a 3-minute walk to the bus stop and a 5-minute walk to Woolies and the nearest cafe/restaurant. The city is just 15 minutes away by bus and 8 minutes by car. There's also a backyard where you can relax on the weekend, especially when the sun's up!

The house will be fully furnished and equipped with a washing machine and fridge.

The house includes:

- gas oven/stove/grill
- washing machine
- 2-min drive to Woolies + cafe (5-min walk)
- 5-min drive to Foodland, Chemist Warehouse, asian grocery store and more cafes
- 8-min drive to city (15-min bus ride)
- 12-min drive to Henley beach (20-min bus ride)

Electricity, gas and water bills are split quarterly, while the internet bill is split monthly (approximately $35-$40/week for all bills).

Pets are not allowed by the landlord.

No couples please, the room is more suited for single use.
