The house is a quite large older place, that has just been all freshly renovated. With new kitchen, bathroom floorboards, downlights ect and also includes a Massive backyard. Perfect if you want to make a veggie garden or something else.

I’m a quiet, clean and friendly person, and very respectful of people’s privacy and space.
I like my home to be a chilled vibes and a relaxing space..not a party house. Because I work a lot I value my downtime.
I rarely have visitors, but when I do socialise, I tend to go out to see them..which even that is pretty rare for me these days lol.
Weekdays after work are pretty quiet for me. Just tidy up a bit, eat an watch a bit of Netflix.
On weekends I do my chores and run my errands and likely do a bit of gardening.

I work long hrs at a family run Smallgoods company and have been there for the past 17yrs
Rental history.
My last rental was an apartment by myself in Prospect and was there for 13yrs. But unfortunately for me it’s getting renovated and double the rent.
Hobbies, include tending to my plant collection, cleaning an whatever floats my boat at the time.
Possible downsides.
The only thing I believe to be any kind of deterrent is that I have a 15yr old son. He only stays 2 nights a fortnight..occupying the 3rd rm.
But he’s super quiet and an absolute blessing to engage with. He’s highly into coding and computer programming.
So yes, you’d basically be just sharing a large 3 br house with mainly myself.
Also i do smoke..but only ever outside.
Looking for someone long term, but we can start out with a 6mth lease to begin with.
Applicant will also be added to the lease.
