Ex Personal Trainer & father of 2 girls 34 & 36 my both daughters owned their houses close to my house.
*I do have long time partner but Jacquie live in her own house near by my house.

I am a very clean and tidy man and enjoy socialising but also appreciate private time as well.

Where possible I try and keep noise levels to a respectful level so as not to disturb my housemates or neighbours.
