You’d be living with me, Gabs, and my dog Dali. I’m a 35-year-old who runs her own mobile physio business, which has me out on the road a lot and sometimes working from home. I love my job and at the end of the day, I like to come home, relax, and unwind.
My hardcore partying days are behind me, but I do enjoy a glass of wine and having friends over for dinner. I’m health-conscious, enjoy keeping fit, being out in nature, and listening to good music. On weekends, I’m usually relaxing at home, out on an adventure, or socialising with friends.
Dali is a five-year-old cavoodle who loves being included in socialising, going for walks and adventures, and snuggling on the couch.
I’m looking for someone to take on the room – ideally long-term, but I’m open to some short-term options too. I’m a very tidy person and take pride in my home, so cleanliness and respect for shared spaces are important to me. I keep communal areas (kitchen, lounge, bathroom, and outdoor spaces) in immaculate condition and would appreciate a flatmate who enjoys a similar standard – clean, tidy, and free of clutter.
Ideally, you’re someone who’s comfortable doing your own thing but also enjoys sharing a laugh over dinner or the occasional lounge-room dance.
I’m hoping to find someone who’s a good fit for a calm, friendly and respectful home environment – ideally another woman in her 30s would suit best.
It would be great if you love dogs, as Dali likes to be included (he very much thinks he’s a person!). Unfortunately, no other pets would be suitable.
Bond is 4 weeks’ rent (refundable when moving out), and rent is paid fortnightly, 2 weeks in advance.
If this sounds like your kind of home, I’d love to hear from you!
