Description of the home
The house is fully furnished with ducted aircon, low maintenance yard, modern fixings, well appointed kitchen with plenty of cupboard and bench space. The room comes with a queen bed, desk, chair and built-in robe. Shared bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The property is also a very short walk to the Klemzig Interchange where you can catch public transport into the city in 7 mins. It is also located near Linear Park for a nice walk in nature. Marden shopping centre is 2 min drive (Woolies, pharmacy, etc.) and Greenacres shopping centre is 4 min drive (Coles, Australia Post, other shops, etc.). Parking available across the street or at the Klemzig interchange (24hr video surveillance).
Unfortunately no pets allowed.

You'll be staying with one full time uni student (M29) studying Occupational Therapy and one full time worker (M28) as an accountant. We are mates, love a good chat/banter in the kitchen when our paths cross and the occasional game of badminton/gym sesh. Both have second jobs in Aged Care/disability support work with partially varying work schedules.
We occassionally have friends over but give advance notice and have partners who visit/stay overnight but respect privacy, space and noise levels.
We're both physically active with gym/sport and are sociable and welcoming.
