I am looking for a new housemate to share a house located in Marden.

The house has been recently fully renovated.

It has ducted air-conditioning throughout the house.

It has a modern kitchen with a large high end oven/ stovetop, range hood and dishwasher. There is plenty of storage and has a walk in pantry.

The bathroom is also recently renovated. It has a large shower and a huge bath.

The laundry is very spacious with a brand new top of the range 12kg washing machine, that is internet connected and can be controlled via phone app.

The lounge room has a big gas heater with an open fireplace design, along with leather lounge and recliner and big OLED TV(Netflix).

The house has an open plan design, with floorboards throughout.

The spare room has a sturdy queen bed, two tall-boys and a wardrobe, plus a big study desk.

The back garden has an absolutely huge fully enclosed hardwood deck, with high quality retractable awnings. It’s an amazing entertainment area, with BBQ, and out door oven. It also has an out door six seat glass dining table and sportsman leather lounge.

The rear garden is well established with multiple fruit trees and a huge fire pit. It also has three large rainwater tanks. The garden really has to be seen to be appreciated.

I have been in this house for nearly a year, and have just been offered a new 12 month lease. The realestate agency, I have been with for over 8 years, and they are the best I have come across in my lifetime or renting.

Public transport is close by, with a bus stops about 2 minute walk, and Klemzig Interchange is two streets over, ruffly 10 min walk. Klemzig interchange is one stop away from Adelaide CBD, so really quick to get to the city.

Lots of different shops are close by.
Marden shopping centre with Woolworths is 5 minutes walk.

I’m open to anyone to applying and may consider a couple, to split the rent and bills between three people.

The total rent for the entire house is $600 per week, plus gas, electricity, water and internet.
