Full time employed female preferred with police clearance or willing to obtain.
My home is a calm and welcoming space with a shared living room, one bathroom, shared amenities, and plenty of parking. It has reverse cycle heating and cooling throughout, ceiling fans and the available bedroom comes fully furnished (though you’re welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer). The home is bright, comfortable, and often described as having positive, uplifting vibes—perfect for someone who enjoys a quiet, friendly environment and a sense of home. Due to already having 2 dogs and a cat I am sadly unable to accommodate anyone with pets.
I work full time from home and am often busy freelancing, studying, volunteering or with friends. I love a night chilling in front of the tv though. The weekday mornings here start at 5am so anyone living here would need to be prepared for the sound of the dogs moving through the house in the mornings (not barking). We are early birds. Weekends are a little slower.
