Fully equipped kitchen with all cutleries and appliances one needs. Gas cooking, dishwashing machine, personal pantry and fridge space. Two huge fridge for four people, two people use each.
Free household items such as foil paper, cling wraps, paper towel, toilet rolls, bin liners, hand soap, and cleaning chemicals all included in the rent.
55inch LG C4 OLED TV and 4K blu ray DVD player for digital entertainment.
Spacious lounge with good lighting.
New toilet and shower panel installed(not shown in the photos).
Plent of space in the shed if you have furnitures or bulky items need space to store.
There's a garden bed to plant vegetables at the backyard.
Three housemates currently living in the house. One lives in ensuite room and has her own bathroom. The other three share one bathroom. Four people maxium in the house.
All housemates work full time and are easy going, tidy, and quiet people who respect others space but also love to social when free.
No couples or pets. Smoking outside only.
The house is located 5 mins drive or 15 mins walking distance from Woodcroft Town Centre, which has Foodland, Aldi, Austtralia post, pharmacy, Cafes, EB games, Revo fitness, restaurants, and BWS. Reynella Bunnings and Coles are also 5 mins drive. 13 mins drive to Christies Beach and Colonnades Shopping Centre.
Servo, thirsty camel, and Woodcroft Hotel is right across the shopping centre, bus station and woodcroft library right around corner.
My ideal housemates would be full or part time working students or full time working professionals who are tidy, easy going, can keep the shared areas clean and are drug free. Backpackers on working holiday visas are welcome.
