The house is in a really quiet area with great neighbours and easy access to supermarkets, public transport. Also nice and close to Marion shopping centre, Brighton and Glenelg.
House is fully furnished.
The shared bathroom is quite big with a good sized bath.
I am a renter here and as such am subject to quarterly inspections which the landlord also attends so there are high expectations of cleanliness at inspections.
