If you do happen to have a lot of clothes or stuff that needs storage. The spare study room can be adjusted into just that so you can have that room on top of the bedroom you will have to yourself.
The room doesnt have aircon so that would be something id recommend getting but i have a heater for the cooler days to help :)

Description of the home
This place, just located near the Caledonian and O’Connell Street is my /(your potential) humble abode.
It is a lovely 3 bedroom terrace with a large backyard with synthetic grass and herb garden, balcony, two bathrooms (one with a bath and seperate shower) and a brand new air conditioning installed downstairs for cold/hot days!
Outdoor backyard has outdoor seats/bbq and a fire pit and a few spare soccer balls to kick around!
There is also have fast internet that works throughout whole house and as for bills they can be split evenly (water/electricity).
In terms of parking there’s our own individual spot as well as guest parking and free parking on the street for potential visitors you may have over :)
The home also comes with a washing mashing/fridge/oven and dishwashing machine and two outdoor storage units for anything extra you need put to the side.
If you like wines/food there is bowden 10mins walk/prospect 10min walk and also O’Connell street within walking distance of our place.
Also in the area are walk paths/ golf course/gyms and two cinemas an arms length away :) We are a quick bus trip or within walking distance to Adelide University in the city.

Bills and expenses
The place has an electricity which differs each quater depending on use and happy to split down the middle unless overusage on either side which wouldnt be fair to make pay.
Also we pay a fixed water bill as well as a fixed electricity bill! These are roughly under $90 and split equally would be ideal!

I have been living in Adelaide now for +6yrs with a degree in Sports Exercise Science & Management and a currently working in hospitality locally pouring wines for the masses :)
As for my personal interests: i love playing football (soccer for aussies), reading on the occasional days off, looking after my plants and walks around North Adelaide seeing the horses, the beach and following the sun!
Im personally not much of smoker/drug user but i do sometimes dabble in a drink after work or at a pub nearby to keep them afloat :) ( i however would much rather tea on the balcony instead though).
I am a very clean and easy going person who loves a chat and a chance to watch a movie or gossip but also loves my me time and expect it goes both ways!
I would prefer someone who is similar minded to me and thought what was wrote above deemed worthy to want to move in.
Im happy to discuss things in person over a coffee or vino, to understand what we are both looking for and if we gel :)

I like someone who can live with a hospitality worker in the sense that i may be home around 10pm to midnight most nights but always quiet as im not a big drinker :)
