Description of the home

Looking for a housemate to fill one spare bedroom. The other spare bedroom will be for guests and a little bit of storage. Can take your pick of Bed 3 (size 3.0m x 3.3m) or Bed 2 (size 3.0m x 2.83m). I have a spare robe unit should you need one. The Garage and Lounge can also be used for storage.

The unit is located in Norwood, walking distance to the Parade. Bus stops are only a short walk away too. There's a good amount of on street parking available as well.

There’s a shared Bathroom with separate toilets at each end of the house. The unit also has a gas cooktop, electric wall oven and split system air conditioning. I will be getting a portable dishwasher as the house currently doesn’t have one.
Rent is $300 a week. (Bond is 4 weeks rent $1200) Other bills not included.

This unit and the neighbouring unit share the cost of gardening for the front garden. The split of this is $7.5 per week. Open to discuss this as well as the parking. Thinking of using the Garage for storage then parking the cars out on the street, which is all day parking.

I have the majority of the stuff for the house already, like fridge, dining table, washing machine ect. If you have a good couch I'm happy to move my current couch / fold out bed to the guest bedroom.

Note: The real estate agent for this place wants each tenant to be on the lease. If you want to move out just give me a month notice to help me find the next housemate.

Bills and expenses

As a guide, your split of Electricity, Gas and NBN Internet works out to around $50 per week ($200 per month). This is average usage, as Electricity and Gas bills increase in peak summer and peak winter. Water bills are charged every 3 months. Split of water bill is approx $20 per month.
