A lovely, welcoming and safe home, located on a leafy, quiet street of Oakden near reserves, shopping complexes, and bus stops.
It is within a 10 minutes walk to Woolworths, Drakes, cute cafes, with a bus stop just 2 mins away.
This is a three bedroom house, so there is myself and another 24 year old girl currently living here. Your room will be unfurnished and there is multiple living spaces including a living/study area.
The rest of the house is fully furnished - but we are still working on decorating with more art! (Please Note: furniture in pics is not mine)
There is a modern kitchen and bathroom, including a coffee machine, airfryer, modern oven and stove top, and microwave.
There is a smallish garden with roses and fruit trees, with space for outdoor entertaining, and I am working on setting up a herb garden.
The home has ducted, evaporative airconditioning and there is ample carparking available, with a double carport and additional space in the driveway.

Bills and expenses
Bills include electricity, gas, water, and internet and are $35 p/week to start with, however, once accurate pricing is known this will be split equally

I go to Pilates a couple of times per week, am working on an herb garden, and am always down to go thrifting or have a cheeky glass of wine!
You will also be living with Lara (24f) who works with children in schools, and is super chill, sporty, and down for any fun activities!
We are looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of others privacy, while also being open to hang out with us!
We are both on the quieter side and like to keep a peaceful house, but are down for movie and board game nights, d&ms, and we would love if you want to join us in any random spontaneous activities (lately we have been getting to arts and craft and cocktail making)!
I also have a 1 year old black cat, Luigi, and am hoping to get him a kitten very soon, so cat lovers are perfect!
