Description of the home

The house was built about 3 years ago, so everything is pretty much new. It is a single storey separate house. While the room looks sparse, the rest of the house is fully furnished, including a TV, couch, fully functional kitchen with all the usual pots, pans, cooking utensils and so on. The house also has a shared storage room for bulky things and a large walk-in pantry. The room comes with its own bathroom, spread across a powder room, separate toilet and separate bathroom with a shower and bath. There is a shared laundry with a front loader machine.

There is public transport (train and bus) nearby, about a 5-10 minute walk. Supermarkets are not within walking distance, so you may need a car or use delivery services. I will try to help out where I can.

Bills and expenses

Bills are shared between me and the tenant.
Internet - $50 each per month.
Electricity - Normally $75 to $150 each per month
Gas - Normally $75 each per quarter
Water - Normally $20 per quarter for the tenant, the rest is on me.
