Sorry if some of this is repeated.
For a working person, rent is $180 per week. A non-working person $200 per week.
The location is great having a bus route past the house, childcare, and daycare centre on the next block.
Shopping centres and a Hotel are also mostly within walking distance.
The bedroom is not huge by any means, has a built-in robe with a reasonable amount of storage space. 2 Bedside drawers if wanted.
Wifi included. Ducted cooling.
Modern stove - gas top/electric oven.
Modern bathroom
LGBTQ-friendly, and expect the same!
Open-minded, so I don't care about race, colour, or sexual orientation as long as you are respectful, CLEAN, and communicate well. Daily showering and washing hands after using the toilet is a MUST!
A coded front door lock, CCTV, and a cozy house with some work in progress. Some mess out the back dud to my mother going into care, but slowly working through it.
Close to shops and a bus service passes by the house.
Space for parking.
A divorced father of a 16-year-old lad. I am studying and working 2 jobs. I require someone trustworthy, preferably with a police clearance and/or a working with children clearance; however, this is not a deal breaker.
I presently have 2 cars and a motorcycle. There is plenty of car parking space but not undercover.
I cook most nights for my son and I when he is with me. I do expect you to be clean and help maintain the shared environment. I don't expect you to clean the whole house. I am often very free and open at home (as in what I wear, or don't wear) at appropriate times ….. (when no children are present), especially when it's not so cold, so if this is an issue maybe it’s best to continue looking at other opportunities. Trying to consider the environment for the future, I like to recycle and do my best to save power and water. .
I have no issues with respectful visitors but don't want mad parties and NO drugs of any kind apart from prescription medication.
