I'm in a fully furnished 3 bedroom townhouse with two outdoor spaces and two living areas.
It's a beautiful home set back a block from Anzac highway in Plympton, half way between the city and and beach. At the end of my street is the Westside bike path, Weigal Oval, tennis courts, playgrounds and BBQ facilities. Public transport is very accessible. I have fast internet, ducted air conditioning and heating and gas hob.

Bills and expenses
Bills average about $200 per month for internet, electricity and gas. So if there's two of us in the house it's around $25 per week or if there's three of us it's about $16 per week. I got a solar battery in December so hopefully these will come down a bit now as well 😊
