Description of the home

Note: The photos are the display photos when I purchased the unit. Furniture is different.

Welcome to Unit 2/4 in Plympton — a comfortable, light-filled 2-bedroom unit in a quiet and convenient location. You'll be sharing the space with one easy-going professional and a friendly 4-year-old golden Labrador, Bodhi, who loves company and pats.
The unit features a spacious living area, modern kitchen, private backyard. Located close to public transport, shopping centres (Coles, Kmart etc), and just a short drive to Glenelg Beach or the CBD.
Looking for a clean, respectful housemate who enjoys a relaxed home environment (and doesn’t mind the occasional tail wag).
Pets are already part of the home, so unfortunately we can’t accommodate any more.

About occupants
Hi, I’m Tom — 36 years old and working full-time in the entertainment and retail industries. I manage live music events and also own/manage a local bottle shop, so my schedule can vary a bit, but I’m usually out during the day and home in the evenings. Out most weekends. I’m clean, respectful, easy to get along with, and value a relaxed, drama-free home.
You’ll also be living with Bodhi, my 4-year-old golden Labrador. He’s super friendly, well-trained, and loves people. He’s mostly pretty chilled and always up for a cuddle.
I’m looking for a housemate who is independent, tidy, and down to earth. Whether you're working or studying, as long as you’re respectful and pet-friendly, we’ll get along great.

A good flatmate to me is someone who’s respectful, clean, and easygoing. I really value open communication and a chilled, drama-free vibe at home. It's important that you're pet-friendly, mindful of shared spaces, and can clean up after yourself without being asked.

I’d also love if you’re happy to help feed Bodhi, our 4-year-old golden Labrador, or even take him for a walk sometimes — but no pressure, only if you want to!

I’m not overly strict — I just appreciate living with someone mature, considerate, and reliable with bills. Bonus points if you're friendly and up for the occasional chat, but also happy doing your own thing.
