Description of the home

Our house is a 4br waterfront property, with large entertainment room, gaming area, alfresco area, laundry facilities, dishwasher, cooking utensils, linen, unlimited high speed WiFi, coffee machine, security system, 24hr CCTV, a treadmill and fishing gear is available for use. We have a queen size lockable bedroom with its own private double ensuite available for rent to a female guest/s only. Our home is located within a short walk to the Port Plaza Shopping Center, which has a Gym, Supermarkets, Asian Grocer, Fashion, Fast Food, Bakery, Cafes, Medical Centre, etc. We have Port Adelaide & Ethelton train stations within walking distance and it takes a 16-20 minute train ride to the city. We also have bus services to West Lakes shopping center. It is a 25-30 minute leisurely walk to Semaphore beach and Semaphore road cafes. Our property is often visited by dolphins including "Rocket" the local Port River juvenile dolphin. Rent rate is a single person rate ($500 for two) and is room only including all utilities and WiFi but does not include food but we are happy to negotiate or share on occasion. A private bar fridge is available for personal use. We are flexible, but we are primarily set up for short term homestays (<3 months) with overseas or local students. We may consider extending the stay for the ideal guest/s. Rent is paid weekly or fortnightly in advance. We unfortunately cannot accept guests with their own furniture and we are a non-smoking household.
