Great location and very quiet area.
Three Bedroom House ( the house is fairly explained in the pics I have attached)
One Bathroom and Toilet (shared)
The backyard is complete.
The front yard is slowly being planted up with natives. (the pic does make it look a bit barren)
5 minute walk to the beach. (very much recommended for relaxing)
5 minute bike ride to the train. (all flat terrain)
Seaford Train line.
On street car parking.
The house and room is fully furnished and you have full access to all the plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, pots and pans ect.....
All you need is really your personal items.
Bills not included.
I'm a very chilled person and will help you out when I can. (if you want it)
I'm a fairly clean person, so I would prefer someone that cleans up after themselves.
I have a Ragdoll cat and also a Border Collie. The dog is an outside dog and the cat can come and go as it pleases. (as Cats do)
I don't expect you to do any house cleaning, as I am the house owner. (obviously you have to keep your own room clean)
I work Monday to Friday during the day. I am a home body, but I am always in bed by 8.00pm, as I get up early to go to work.
I am not a party person, so the house is always fairly quiet.
I have internet and Foxtel.

Bills and expenses

Electricity, Gas, Water and Internet. I have been at the house for 7 years and I have access to previous bills. I would most probably see what my previous usage has been and then work out what an extra person has added to the bill. I would think that this is what you should pay towards the bills.

G'day, my name is Adam. I am 43 years young. I am very young at heart and also very laid back.
I work full-time as a Groundsperson at a private school in Adelaide.
On weekends you will find me pottering around the house.
As you can see from one of the profile pics, the front yard is a work in progress.
I have 3 kids and I have 23% access. They come and stay every second weekend and I enjoy playing the part of "Dad's Taxi".
I love my music and I play the guitar really badly.
I am not a party animal and I am dead against drugs.
On weekends when I do not have the kid's, I am usually doing private gardening work.
I also love taking the dog for walks down ot the beach.

I am a friendly, considerate person and would like the same in a flat-mate. I want no dramas and no hassles from you. I expect that you keep your bedroom clean and tidy. You need to clean up your own dishes.
Description of pets
I have a Border Collie/Kelpie. She is an outdoor dog. I try and take her for a long walk along the beach, every day. She is a great obedient dog and does no bark or do any damage to the back yard. She LOOOOVVVES her tummy being scratched.
I also have a Rag Doll cat. He is a great cat, but not into laying on your lap. HE decides when HE wants a pat. He comes and goes as he pleases.
