There is a wall mounted tv, bedside table and a double bed for your use if needed. Otherwise you’re welcome to bring your own. Built in wardrobe with shelving. There are hand towels, bath mats, face washers, bath towels, sheets, blankets and pillows for your use if needed also. There is a desk and office chair and/or large white shelving unit available if needed also. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and ducted air conditioner too. There is another room set up as an office that you may be able to utilise as well if needed. I prefer someone who is looking to stay for around 12months but I’m flexible.

You will have your own private bathroom, toilet and vanity, I won’t use yours, I have my own ensuite, heat lamps in the bathroom. Large washing machine, dryer. Dishwasher, microwave. Ducted air conditioning. Large fridge and your own freezer space.

15mins drive from Flinders Uni and Marion Shopping Centre. Also 15mins from Colinnades Shopping Centre and the beach. 5mins from Southgate shops. Close to expressway and bus stop. 25min drive to the City. There is a park with tennis courts at the end of the street. This is a quiet and safe area. Smokers can smoke outside. Couples accepted. There is 24/7 camera surveillance of front yard to keep cars safe but my neighbours and I have never had or heard of any trouble around here.
