Unfortunately the room doesn’t come with a built in robe but I have a clothes rack and a chest of drawers in there which I’m happy for you to use or you can purchase your own. Bedroom can come with a double bed frame (no mattress) and bedside table if you would like. If you’d like the room to be unfinished that would also be okay, whatever you’d like.

(Message me for video of the house) The house is a small one, nothing special. The vibe and my cats are what make it special. The third bedroom is kinda connected to the loungeroom which iv turned into a study area. I’m happy for you to either put a desk in there and use it as a study or a gaming set up, maybe even extra closet space. House is 5 min walk from Hollywood plaza shopping centre and a 10 minute walk from Salisbury train station. I like to decorate so I like to think my house has a nice vibe to it (especially at night since I love my fairy lights😂)

Kitchen is equipped with all appliances which I’m fine with you using of course as long as you don’t break them. House is fully furnished but there’s room for desk in spare room like stated. When it comes to groceries im happy for us to buy our own and go half’s in necessity’s like laundry powder, milk, toilet paper and bread. Stuff we will both use

Bills and expenses

It’s $235 a week not including bills and $285 a week including bills. I’m happy for you to either pay the $235 a week and when bills come around every 3 months we can split them or just do the full $285 a week which includes all bills (electricity, water, gas and internet)

I’m pretty easy going, all I ask is that you keep the shared spaces clean like cleaning up after you cook or cleaning the toilet and bathroom, vacuuming, dishes and stuff like that every so often, just stuff you would naturally do in your home. There’s no payment for the bond as I got bond assistance when I first moved in.

I visit my family every few weekends and I won’t be home to feed my cats so the roommate will have to be okay to feed them twice a day (morning and night) while I’m gone.

Description of pets
I have 3 male cats. The oldest is otie and he’s a big baby, he loves his food and to rub on you. Sunny is a ginger boy and loves going outside in his little enclosure, he gets the zoomies quite often and loves to play. Zeusy is the youngest and he’s very chill and quiet, he loves to sleep and play when he feels like it.

I’m looking to rehome sunny as him and Zeus don’t get along. I got sunny 6 months ago after otie and Zeus and they just don’t get along. Nothing is final but I am looking for someone I know to take him and give him a good home where he gets along with everyone.
