Welcome to a comfortable, fully furnished home in Salisbury Downs, offering an easy, move-in-ready option for anyone looking for a place that feels settled and welcoming from day one.

The home is in a fantastic and convenient location, close to Hollywood Plaza, Revo Fitness, public transport, shopping and everyday amenities.

There are five individually furnished bedrooms available, ranging in size and price to suit different needs and budgets. Every room includes its own wardrobe, desk, Smart TV and individual split-system heating and cooling, giving you a comfortable space of your own to relax, work or study. Four of the five rooms feature queen beds, with the remaining room furnished with a king single bed.

The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with appliances, cookware, dinnerware and everyday essentials, so there is no need to purchase everything when you move in. The home also has a good-sized laundry, one full bathroom and an additional separate toilet.
Electricity, gas, water and internet are included in the weekly rent, subject to reasonable usage, helping to keep your weekly expenses simple and predictable.

A little about your landlord

I'm a friendly and approachable private owner who genuinely wants the people living here to feel comfortable and happy in their home. I believe renting should be a positive experience, and I'll always aim to be easy to communicate with, respectful of your privacy and responsive if something around the property needs attention.

For me, it’s really about finding the right people for the home. I’m looking for housemates who are friendly, clean, respectful and considerate of one another, and who will treat the property as their own. I’d love for everyone living here to feel comfortable, relaxed and at home.

The minimum stay is 6 months, with both singles and couples considered for selected rooms.
