The home is located in the quite Seaford heights. It is a 3minite drive to public transport/shopping centres, 5 minutes to Moana beach and 7minutes into the heart of McLaren vale!
The home is 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with 2 living areas and a big kitchen with ample storage. I currently have 2 tenants and I’m looking to find the right fit. Both my tenants work in the wine industry and are into movies, wine and camping. One is a 35yr old female and the other a 40 yr old male.
