Description of the home
This house is newly constructed so all amenities are in excellent condition. You will have a bedroom that includes a built-in wardrobe, the main bathroom to yourself, and your own living area with a lounge and TV with chrome cast and aerial. Depending on the size of your car, you will also have off-street parking.
This is a three-bedroom house however I am only looking for one housemate and the third bedroom is set up as a study.
The kitchen has all brand new appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
The house has reverse cycle heating and cooling that is zoned, and a washing machine.
Backyard has grass.
There are two bus stops nearby (both literally a two-minute walk), both stops go via the O'Bhan to the city, and one is serviced by an express bus.
There is alarm security on the house.

I’ve lived in Adelaide my whole life. I work longish hours most days, and work from home occasionally. I enjoy Friday night drinks (a lot) and a wine while I cook dinner, if I'm not out with friends I am home reading a book.
I am chatty and love a good laugh, but will also respect your personal space and down time. I am clean and tidy.
