We are similar to ABNB as our home is fully furnished with goods supplies including linen.

We love the convenient location of our home with bus, train and shopping all near by. Bus is 2 houses away coming and going to the city.

Mitcham shopping centre is close by and provides a terrific variety of choice. The complex has a theatre for movie goers.

We have an all weather bonus outdoor kitchen and dining space. Cooking and dining outdoors provides a second space to eat unwind or just relax.

Bathroom is a separate room. Toilet and vanity is a separate room.

We supply accommodation for kind clean, tidy, working people who maintain and care for our home. We love to have a kind positive friendly and supportive vibe in our home. If this is you contact us, thanks.

We charge $20 a month for house hold kitchen, bathroom, laundry and cleaning supplies.
Body wash, shampoo and tooth paste by you.

Cleaning fee on leaving of $95.

We contribute up to $140 per month towards electricity.
