Home Description
Description of the home
Available from 1st March. These are pics taken a month age before she/her & they/them moved in to two other bedrooms in this 4 bedroom circa 1920's corner house. I live completely separately in adjoining self-contained studio apartment. Having lost ability to make good choices on who lives here or what pets, will give that right of choice to current occupants & their resident indoor cats (neighbour's Two Cats consider the backyard as their territory!). The bedroom is north facing so will get full sun though it's glazed enclosed veranda & will also get traffic noise from Buses that stop out front. But you'll get your own entrance & own place to relax & observe students disembarking! Rent is $150 including bills if not excessive use.
If asked to describe myself as Proprietor, I'd have to say am a Grumpy Old Bastard, unwilling to help, can't communicate coherently, makes too many demands, fails to do repairs, makes excessive noise, is demanding & only interested in exploiting poor vulnerable folks looking for a 1/2 decent place to call home! 👺
Bond's $300 & bedroom can be furnished if wanted. Wifi included also. My preference is working, but if unemployed or student that's acceptable if well accustomed to living in sharehouse
