Two year old eco designed home, with lots of beautiful natural light and two separate living areas. Living in Torrensville means restaurants on your doorstep, only 200mts to the linear park, Henley Beach is around 5kms away and I’m 3.8kms from the CBD, the Wheatsheaf is a 20 minute walk and Brickworks shopping centre is 700mtrs. The house is filled with an eclectic mix of retro/new furniture, plants and artwork. One bathroom but two toilets. Two separate outdoor areas. Your room has large built in cupboards. You will also get to hangout with my 20 mth old puppy, who doesn’t shed at all, cavoodle so hypoallergenic, and is SUPER cute.
Sun room set up as another living area with TV so no requirement to discuss chanel or streaming service. Off street parking. Price includes all bills, power, gas, internet, ect.

I spend a lot of time traveling, attending events and just generally getting out there and enjoying life! I enjoy a drink after work on a Friday, the occasional dinner party, bike riding and getting to the beach.. I’m a reader and avid plant person. Happy to chat and cook a meal together on the occasion if that’s something you’d enjoy too. I work full time including 3 nightshifts per fortnight (meaning you have those evenings to yourself) and I’m out a lot. Frequently gone off traveling somewhere so you will have the house to yourself often.
