Hi. This is 4 bedroom home. My grandson and I live at the back of the house. I have 2 bedrooms at the front of the house for rent. My son (27 years) will be returning from overseas late August/September and will occupy one of the rooms. Until then both rooms are available. You have your own bathroom and lounge area and kitchen.
I strongly suggest viewing as I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
