Description of the home

The house has lots of space, it’s sort of old school, it has a nice feel, late 60’s build I think. So decent sized rooms, storage/shed space if needed, gas cook top, electric oven, big kitchen and dining room.
It has a nice outdoor area, for bbq’s and there is lawn, roses, fruit trees, and a never ending supply of lemons.
There is a seperate room in the house which acts as a home gym decked out with kettlebells & rowing machine etc, I don’t mind if it gets used either, but that’s a conversation for another day. There is also the ability to turn the current dining room into your own living space as well. With a sofa, coffee table and t.v added it would act as a more than suitable private space for someone to occupy, this would be advantageous especially should you wish to have visitors over for example.
The house is a very short walk from a nice oval for exercise and there is easy transport directly to town within 150 meters.
There are a number of coffee shops close within the vicinity of the house. And also an extensive range of shopping centres on both sides east/west within 5 min max!
The suburb is quiet and very respectful.

There is a cleaner who comes every second week and does an extensive clean throughout.
Happy to negotiate over bills, but there is internet, gas, electricity (we have solar panels).

I’m 40 years old straight male. My 10 year old son, along with my two kelpie dogs are at home 50% of the time.
I do work quite a few hours, I’m a self employed tradesman. Sometimes I’ll work from home, but most times I’m out of the house on the tools.

They’re great, their names are Reginald & Murray. They come to work with me everyday and go for a big run once a day as well. They’re very friendly and smart. You will need to be a dog lover because they will want to be your close friend and show you lots of attention and love.
