A medium sized 4 bedroom family home. The house contains central heating, air-conditioning, is fully furnished with 2 spare bedrooms with queen sized beds available. We are a small family, husband and wife and a 23 year son, who all work full time.
This house is in a great location only a few minutes drive to central Ballarat with a large supermarket in walking distance or a 1 minute drive. It is situated in a quiet street, close to public transportion with a bus stop at the corner of the street.. There is a 1 car garage but plenty of on street parking .

My name is Tanya and am a 57 year old teacher who is employed at a local Ballarat school. My husband Paul, also is employed at the same school as an Education Support worker, he too works full time. Our 23 year old son Cameron, also lives with us, he works full time doing shift work as a support worker. In our spare time we enjoy going for walks, or heading to the beach for weekends.
