Hello and welcome to my humble home. I built the place and moved in back in July last year so it's all new, clean and everything works as it should! Warm in Winter, cool in Summer. Treat yourself!

Happy to furnish a room if you're in need or are just around for the short - medium term. 1, 3, 6, 12 months are all good.

I don't have a TV by choice but am contemplating a projector in the near future for the front lounge room. Unlimited NBN so working from home would be a breeze. Reverse cycle and central heating.

Short bike ride/ 20min walk to the Lucas shopping centre for everything you need. Short walk to the #26 bus that takes you though the middle of town to the station etc.

I'm Ben, a 33yr old professional working in the Health-/ Disability-/ Aged- care retail sector and am currently studying an MBA.
On weekends I'll be found building/ fixing things, playing hockey, socialising in Melbourne, gardening, reading or seeking out what ever cultural activities are on around town. Or working other jobs/ side hustles. I'm interested in Environmental endeavours, gardening, farming, economics, politics, cars, design, investing and live music.
